The content on iqinsite.com describes IQinsite’s custom application development capabilities and selected anonymised project experience. Website content is general information and does not by itself create a binding project agreement.
2. Project Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, guarantee acceptance of a project or establish a fixed scope, price or timeline. Any engagement should be defined through mutually agreed project documentation.
3. Case Studies & Mockups
Public case studies use anonymous client descriptions and fictional interface data. Product mockups are illustrative and should not be interpreted as production records, client data or a guarantee that every listed capability applies to every project.
4. Third-Party Services
Some custom applications may integrate third-party services such as Microsoft authentication, email systems or APIs where technically appropriate. Availability, configuration and terms of those services may be controlled by their respective providers.
5. Intellectual Property
IQinsite branding, website design, text and original materials on this website may not be represented as another organisation’s work without permission. Client-specific project intellectual property should be governed by the relevant project agreement.
6. No Unsupported Compliance Claims
This website does not claim certifications, regulatory approvals or specific compliance statuses unless they are separately verified and expressly stated.
